Orders are shipped within 3 working days from the time they are received and payment processed. Every effort is made to keep the items shown on the website in stock. However, if we are out of any item an e-mail notification will be sent within 24 hours after your order has been placed. Items made to backorder are usually delivered in 4 to 6 weeks, but depending of the artisan's schedule it may take up to 8 weeks.
We charge a flat-rate of $8.95 for UPS Ground shipping for orders under $100 within the lower 48 states, and $24.95 for Alaska & Hawaii. The shipping cost of orders over $100 is calculated based on their size and weight. International shipments can be arranged by contacting us via email or phone.
All shipped items are fully insured. Should breakage occur during the shipping, please save both the damaged item and the packaging for inspection by the shipping carrier, and contact us within 48 hours.
